  2. Identification of Removed Content: Description and prior URL(s) of the content that was taken down.
  3. Mistake Statement: A declaration under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Contact Information & Consent: Name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement consenting to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Upon receipt, we will forward your counter-notice to the claimant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days (or a longer period if required), we may restore the content at our discretion.

3. Important Considerations

  • Legal Consequences: Submitting false or bad-faith notices or counter-notices may expose you to legal penalties.
  • Immediate Removal: We reserve the right to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content without prior notice.
  • Repeat Infringers: Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may be terminated.
